2009. This sewer blower, originally owned by a Fall River, MA utility, was recently purchased by a    Connecticut man who intends to refurbish it. The attached original Briggs & Stratton motor is seized. It    was designed primarily for ventilating manholes during repairs by taking in fresh air through the    screened  inlet(seen above) and exhausting it into a canvas hose attached to the outlet.
