2009. This 1930s Unit Ventilator with a seized motor will probably be refurbished by its owner. The    building has an interesting history; built as a whip factory, morphing into a school house then finally a    residence. Unit Ventilators were original designed for school rooms. The fan and motor assembly,    minus the fan casings, lies on the ground. The lead-coated copper heating surface is visible at the top.
